What you will do:
Coordinate training sessions and schedules;
Manage and maintain training records and databases;
Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements;
Collaborate with managers to identify training needs and develop training plans;
Coordinate with external training providers as necessary;
Develop and maintain training materials, including presentations, manuals, and handouts;
Conduct training sessions as needed;
Provide feedback and coaching to employees to ensure they are meeting training objectives;
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in training methodologies;
Organize and facilitate company events, such as team building activities, corporate retreats, and conferences;
Participate in the development of event programs and agendas and ensure that all participants are well informed about event details;
Support the HR team with other projects and responsibilities as required.
What we expect:
Proven experience as a Training Coordinator or similar role;
Strong organizational and planning skills;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Fluency in Lithuanian and English languages;
Good knowledge of Russian language;
Experience in developing and implementing training programs;
Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other training software;
Knowledge of learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.
