Technical Client Support Specialist
What you will do:
Working together with other teams (developers) to find a technical solution quickly;
Review and update the application client's configuration;
Consulting clients about API, e-commerce integrations, and other Paysera products from a technical perspective;
Analyzing issues, understanding user requirements, preparing user guides;
Writing emails to clarify clients issues.
What we expect:
Basic understanding of PHP programming language;
Ability to remain professional and calm in difficult situations;
Strong communication and teamwork skills;
Excellent grammar skills (Lithuanian language);
Strong knowledge of English.
We would consider an advantage:
Russian language skills;
Non-standard working hours e.g. late evenings;
Experience in support or website development.
