We are seeking a Staff Manager to join our fintech product company Paysera. We are looking for someone who will be primarily responsible for improving our approach to resource management, fostering a positive working environment, and promoting effective people management practices.
What you will do:
Liaise with delivery and product managers to understand their resource needs and development plans.
Advocate for employee needs and work towards improving employee experiences.
Monitor and report on employee performance, engagement levels, and team morale.
Coordinate with human resources and hiring managers to ensure recruitment activities align with resource planning and forecasts.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
Establish and implement effective people management practices that promote employee engagement, career development, and work-life balance.
Communicate and ensure understanding of company goals, values, and strategic objectives among team members.
Resolve team conflicts and issues efficiently and ensure effective collaboration among team members.
What we expect:
Experience in managerial IT roles ( ex. Project Manager, Team Lead, Scrum Master etc)
Excellent understanding of effective people management practices and agile principles.
Strong leadership skills with proven ability to foster a positive and engaging work environment.
Exceptional problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in using HRIS and performance management systems.
