Junior Client Support Specialist/ Translator with Turkish and English

You will be responsible for:
Consulting clients about on-line payments, e-commerce and financial services;
Checking e-commerce project applications and enabling services;
Identifying new clients and registering them in the system;
Translation or text writing experience in Turkish language is necessary. Also translations from English to Turkish are required on daily basis.
We expect you to:
Possess very good computer skills and type quickly;
To be proficiency in written and spoken English and Turkish; Other languages are advantage;
Knowledge in the banking or financial industry will be considered also as an advantage.
