Junior Client Support Specialist (Polish language)

What you will do:

Communicate with existing clients from Lithuania and other countries via phone and email.

Consult clients on e-commerce and financial service matters.

Review e-commerce project applications and activate services.

What we expect:

Excellent computer skills and the ability (or willingness to learn) to type quickly.

Fluency in Polish and knowledge of English (Russian would be an advantage).

Effective communication skills.

Attention to detail and thoroughness.

Experience in customer support or related field.
