Junior Client Support Specialist
What you will do:
Advise clients on e-commerce and financial services;
Review e-commerce project applications and activate services;
Verify the identity of new clients and register them in the system.
What we expect:
Proficiency in English and Russian – it will help you to understand the client's enquiry or problem correctly;
Communication skills – it will help you communicate with the client and respond to their queries;
Attentiveness and thoroughness – it will ensure that the data provided by the client can be entered into the system without errors;
Experience in customer service (this would be an advantage);
Knowledge of other foreign languages (this would be an advantage) – it will help you to communicate with clients from different countries.

In compliance with the legislation, we would like to indicate that for the present position we are willing to offer a monthly salary from 1200 to 1500 EUR gross. The exact amount depends on the experience, education, and competences of the future employee and acquisition of the established goals (if applicable).
