What you will do:
implementing HR strategic initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy;
managing and driving successful talent attraction, new employee recruitment, performance management and employer branding processes, maintaining and improving the benefits programme;
supporting current and future business needs through the engagement and motivation of employees, providing decision support through HR metrics;
coaching HR team members on HRM processes and involving them in planned initiatives;
serving as an advisor to business teams and solving complex people problems by applying good judgement and data-driven insights;
ensuring legal compliance throughout human resource management.
What we expect:
expertise in employee life cycle management;
people-oriented, can-do and result-driven approach;
ability to build and effectively manage relationships at all levels of the organisation;
proven experience with Human Resources metrics and in-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practices;
excellent active listening, negotiation, analytical, problem solving, and organisational skills;
fluency in English, both spoken and written;
coaching and mentoring experience would be an advantage.
