Client Support Manager (Turkish language)
What you will do:
Client consultation emails in the fields of commerce and financial services;
Electronic verification of commercial project applications and activation of services;
Verification and registration of new clients in the system;
Some translation work from Turkish to other Languages.
What we expect:
Very good computer skills and fast typing (touch typing ~ 230 characters per minute would be an advantage, and determination to learn it would be a necessity);
Excellent knowledge of Turkish, Arabic, French and English ( other Languages will be a plus);
Experience in client service (an advantage).
Shifts between 7 am to 8 pm.
