Client Support Specialist (Turkish language)

What you will do:

Support clients by phone, email, and real-time messaging;

Client consultation emails in the fields of commerce and financial services;

Electronic verification of commercial project applications and activation of services;

Verification and registration of new clients in the system;

Some translation work from Turkish to other Languages.

What we expect:

Intrinsic motivation;

Very good computer skills and fast typing (touch typing ~ 230 characters per minute would be an advantage, and determination to learn it would be a necessity);

Excellent knowledge of Turkish, Arabic, French and English ( other Languages will be a plus);

Experience in client service (an advantage).

Working hours:

Work on a flexible work schedule (5 days a week, 1 weekend a month, 8 working hours a day);

Shifts between 7 am to 8 pm.
