Business Analyst (Mobile Team)

As a Business/System analyst at Paysera you will be involved in delving into technical specifics alongside developers, crafting mock-ups, and maintaining a close collaboration with UX professionals. Your role is primarily focused on day-to-day tasks rather than overarching product vision. Your tagline would be: Deliver awesome Mobile app that customers love by working side-by-side with the engineers who craft it. What you will do:

Collaborating with stakeholders, product managers, and end-users to elicit,

document, and validate business and functional requirements for mobile applications.

Creating comprehensive and clear requirements documents, use cases, user stories, and wireframes that guide the development team throughout the project lifecycle.

Participating in the quality assurance process to ensure that the delivered mobile applications meet the specified requirements and quality standards.

Maintaining proper communication between business and development team

Expect to perform routine daily tasks using ChatGPT or a similar tool to enhance efficiency and productivity.

What we expect:

Minimum 3 years of experience as Business/System Analyst

Knowledge of Business Analysis techniques, e.g. User Stories, Experience

Design, Process Mapping

Knowledge in the prioritization techniques

Understanding modern development practices in iOS and Android

Basic knowledge of at least one of the following languages: Kotlin or Swift.

Additionally, having experience with PHP would be a bonus point

Experience working in the fintech business domain

Skills of managing interdependencies in cross-functional projects

Stakeholder management

Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English

Proven familiarity and experience with AI tools like ChatGPT and other technologies, demonstrating a capability to seamlessly integrate these into daily tasks.
