Learning & Development/HR Specialist
What you will do:
perform training needs analysis on an ongoing basis to keep an eye on the development needs;
research and adopt different training techniques;
drive learning offerings in our learning management system, organise and facilitate workshops, incorporate coaching and job-shadowing into informal learning activities;
run an effective measurement system for training quality, monitor training progress and results;
plan and organise employee engagement events;
develop and maintain close collaboration with the HR Team and employees;
assist the HR team with other project support as required.
