Customer Service Manager with English and Russian

In this role, you will:

Communicate with existing clients from Lithuania and other countries around the world by phone, email, and real-time chat;

Advise clients on e-commerce and financial services;

Review e-commerce project applications and activate services;

Verify the identity of new clients and register them in the system.

Very good computer skills and fast typing will help you to communicate effectively and efficiently with the client;

excellent Russian language skills will enable you to correctly understand the client's enquiry or issue;

Communication skills will help you communicate with the client and respond to their queries;

Attentiveness and thoroughness will ensure that the data provided by the client can be entered into the system without errors;

Experience in customer service (this would be an advantage);

Knowledge of other foreign languages (this would be an advantage) will help you to communicate with clients from different countries.
