Content Manager
We are looking for a Content Manager to join our Marketing and PR department to plan and execute our customer communications, produce a variety of content assets, and lead content improvements on our website and blog. In this position, you will work cross-functionally with sales, product management, client support, Paysera Network partners, and regional marketing managers across seven countries.
What you will do:
Write and manage content (emails, blogs, landing pages, video scripts, white papers, one-pagers, reports, webinars, infographics, content for the website and landing pages, etc.) to increase Paysera brand awareness and attract new customersDevelop and execute content ideas that help support campaign messaging to be used in the wider marketing campaignsPlan and execute customer communication campaignsCreate and develop an editorial calendar Actively participate in the corporate website and blog redesign processesWork with HQ and regional marketing teams to ensure smooth communication campaign execution and best practice sharing
What we expect:
3+ years of experience in content marketing and storytellingAbility to come up with creative and engaging ideas for content based on dataStrong writing skillsProficiency in English, both written and spoken, preferably native speakerStrong sense of commitment and superior attention to detailAbility to coordinate and execute tasks in a highly dynamic environmentHave a customer-focused, analytical, and entrepreneurial attitudeEnergetic and passionate about the fintech worldA Bachelor’s degree in marketing, journalism, communications, or a related field
