Client Support Manager
You will be responsible for:
customer support by phone, email, and real-time messaging;customer consultation emails in the fields of commerce and financial services;electronic verification of commercial project applications and activation of services;verification and registration of new customers in the system.
From you we expect intrinsic motivation and:
very good computer skills and fast typing (touch typing ~ 230 characters per minute would be an advantage, and determination to learn it would be a necessity);excellent knowledge of English and Russian;experience in customer service (an advantage);knowledge of other foreign languages (an advantage).

In compliance with the legislation, we would like to indicate that for the present position we are willing to offer a monthly salary from 900 to 1600 EUR gross.
