There is loads of information on the Paysera website. Thousands of words, millions of letters, and… sometimes also errors. Even though we try really hard to avoid those, we are humans and we make mistakes. 🙂
Nevertheless, we aim to improve our users’ experience on the Paysera website and need your help! In return, we are willing to pay you a bonus.
1 error = 1 euro
You've found a grammar error, or maybe the sentence structure or style is incorrect? Perhaps there is a menu button which is named oddly, and you can think of a better name?
Wrong fact = 10 euro
You've noticed that the numbers on the website do not correspond to the actual price you pay? Or maybe some other figures don't match?
Inform us by email [email protected]
- the exact page address (URL) where you've found the error;
- the exact place of the error (e.g. attach a cropped print screen with the error highlighted);
- your offer on how to correct the error or replace the name.
Note! The bonus will be paid only if we decide to change the word, phrase, or sentence to the one you offer and/or the error actually misleads our clients. In case we decide that your correction is not suitable, the bonus will not be paid.
Only Paysera has the right to decide on the correction of errors and payment of the bonus. Paysera reserves the right to terminate the programme at any time.
Additional conditions of bonus payment:
- The bonus is paid to your Paysera account.
- The bonus is paid on the last business day of the month when the error was reported.
- The bonus is paid only if the error is noticed and reported for the first time and hasn't been known to us before.
- The participant of the programme is responsible for payment of all taxes applicable to them in their country for participation in this programme.
- The participant of the programme agrees to provide Paysera with their personal and contact data (name, surname, personal identity code, citizenship, residence address, and Paysera account number) in order for Paysera to pay the remuneration for participation in the programme under the requirements established by Paysera and perform other actions required by the legislation.
