Paysera LT fully cleared in Algeria as all charges are dropped

All charges against Paysera LT, UAB, have been permanently dropped by the Algerian Court of Appeal, effective immediately. The allegations now have no legal impact on the company's operations.

Ongoing cassation proceedings

While the charges against Paysera LT were dismissed, a separate element of the case, involving UK-registered Paysera LTD and the shareholders of call centre operator OG Solution, is still being examined by Algeria’s Court of Cassation, the nation's supreme judicial body. Paysera LTD has affirmed its lack of involvement in the alleged actions and expects to be fully acquitted in the final judgment.
