IT Support specialist

Workplace: Vilnius

You will be responsible for:

  • analyzing issues, understanding user requirements;
  • consulting clients on issues related to service installation and integration;
  • extracting information from databases if additional information is required;
  • applying solutions and coordinating incident resolution through the rest of organization.

We expect your inner motivation and:

  • ability to remain professional and calm in difficult situations;
  • good knowledge of English language;
  • SQL žinios;
  • knowledge of SQL;
  • sociability.

It's great if you also have:

  • experience with any programming language;
  • knowledge of content management systems (wordpress, joomla, drupal, etc.);
  • experience with e-commerce systems (PrestaShop, OpenCart, etc.);
  • knowledge of Russian language;
  • experience working with payment systems.
