Client Service Manager (Arabic)
You will be responsible for:
- Serving clients over the phone, email, and live chat.
- Consulting clients about e-commerce and financial services.
- Checking e-commerce project applications and activating services.
- Verifying new clients and registering them in the system.
We expect you to have intrinsic motivation and:
- Very good computer skills and the ability to type quickly (~230 characters per minute touch typing would be advantageous, and willingness to learn it is a necessity).
- Experience in client service (preferred).
- Knowledge of other foreign languages (preferred).
