Client Service Manager (Arabic)



Workplace: Vilnius


You will be responsible for:


  • Serving clients over the phone, email, and live chat.
  • Consulting clients about e-commerce and financial services.
  • Checking e-commerce project applications and activating services.
  • Verifying new clients and registering them in the system.

We expect you to have intrinsic motivation and:


  • Very good computer skills and the ability to type quickly (~230 characters per minute touch typing would be advantageous, and willingness to learn it is a necessity).
  • Experience in client service (preferred).
  • Knowledge of other foreign languages (preferred).

In compliance with the legislation, we would like to indicate that for the present position we are willing to offer a monthly salary from 560 to 1400 EUR gross. The exact amount depends on the experience, education, and competences of the future employee and acquisition of the established goals (if applicable).
