Talent Acquisition Partner

You will be responsible for:

manage the recruitment process from candidate sourcing through identification, interviewing, selection, negotiation, and closure;

develop and execute efficient recruitment and sourcing strategies to identify a qualified and diverse candidate pool in Lithuania and abroad;

propose, execute, and monitor methods to increase the quality and number of applications, including new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting, leverage social and professional networking platforms to identify and source candidates;

collaborate with Hiring Managers, the existing recruitment team, and solve recruitment and staffing challenges;

track and record key metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment processes;

create and deliver training on candidate attraction, interviewing techniques, and hiring strategies;

train hiring managers and up-skill the current recruitment team on the best recruitment practices;

document internal processes and procedures;

build a pipeline of promising candidates and maintain regular contact for future positions;

contribute to other HR projects as needed.

From you we expect intrinsic motivation and:

at least 2-3 years of full cycle recruiting experience;

revious experience recruiting for and building candidate pipelines in the Fintech industry would be considered an advantage;

fluency in English. Russian would also be considered an advantage;

excellent time management and prioritisation skills;

excellent written and spoken communication skills;

outstanding analytical, creative, and problem-solving skills;

flexibility, ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
