Business Analyst (E-commerce value stream)
As a Business/System analyst at Paysera you will be involved into delving into technical specifics alongside developers, crafting mock-ups, and maintaining a close collaboration with UX professionals. Your role is primarily focused on day-to-day tasks rather than overarching product vision.
Your tagline would be: Deliver awesome E-commerce app that customers love by working side-by-side with the engineers who craft it.
What you will do:
Collaborating with stakeholders, product managers, and end-users to elicit, document, and validate business and functional requirements.Creating comprehensive and clear requirements documents, use cases, user stories, and wireframes that guide the development team throughout the project lifecycleChange requests management and documenting compromises related to product requirements documentationParticipating in the quality assurance process to ensure that the delivered e-commerce applications meet the specified requirements and quality standards.Maintaining proper communication between business and development teamCollect stakeholder feedback and concerns through surveys, questionnaires or workshopsHelp Product Manager to do market research to identify product areas that need development or / and upgrade
